Jenny's Patented Cube-y Ginger Summertime Drink - Shave two pieces of ginger root, cube it, and boil it in water for 15 minutes. Once it is done cooking, put it (with the boiling water) into a pitcher to start the infusion. Then add one sliced cucumber and sliced lemon. Let cool and refrigerate. This drink lasts for a week! Continue to add water to the mix as needed. It is extremely good for you and a delicious summer drink!
